I have been a full-time real estate broker in our local market for 16 years and have closed more than 650 transactions totaling over $100 million in total volume.  This includes a strong record of sales even in today’s challenging market.

Working with an experienced agent who handles many transactions translates into an advantage to you by bringing more skill in pricing property, negotiating, monitoring the transaction, pre-empting and solving problems.  This generally results in a faster, smoother, and more profitable transaction.

I hold a real estate broker’s license, and receive regular ongoing training from one of the nation’s top real estate coaching organizations in order to ensure that I continue to provide the highest level of service possible to my clients.

I have a full time assistant (Dory Miller) who is also a licensed broker.  This allows me to focus more time and energy in activities directly related to working with Buyers and Sellers.

I have also made a commitment to use the latest technology in my business. For Sellers, I provide broad internet exposure for my listings, and relentlessly track and follow up on agent feedback and buyer leads, and provide ongoing communication with my clients.  For Buyer's, I use the best tools available to locate suitable homes, and research them in depth so that you have the best information available when you make a home-buying decision.
