There are several well-qualified real estate agents in the area that you might select from--and it can be hard to judge which one would do the best job.  So I would like to tell you a little about myself and how I do business so that you can feel comfortable in choosing me to be your agent.

I have been a full-time real estate broker in our local market for the last 15 years and have closed more than 600 transactions totaling over $100 million in total volume.

Working with an experienced agent who handles many transactions translates into an advantage to you by bringing more skill in pricing property, negotiating, monitoring the transaction, pre-empting and solving problems.  This generally results in a faster, smoother, and more profitable transaction.

I hold a real estate broker’s license, and receive regular ongoing training from one of the nation’s top real estate coaching organizations in order to ensure that I continue to provide the highest level of service possible to my clients.

I have a full time assistant (Dory Miller) who is also a licensed broker.  This allows me to focus more time and energy in activities directly related to getting homes sold.

One of the great fears people have is that they will be stuck with an agent who does not perform as expected.  To address this concern I have added a provision to my listing agreement that you may cancel your agreement with me at any time with no penalty if you are not satisfied.  My philosophy is that I want to do business with people who are happy with my service--and that trapping people into long contracts with no escape is wrong.

Finally, I understand that your property is a substantial investment—and I promise to take the job of protecting your equity seriously, and will work hard in a professional manner to make sure your sale goes as smooth as possible.
